Design, materials and craftsmanship, under one roof
Boss Building Group is a family of six Charlotte companies that carry a project from the first material sample to the final detail. A single room or a whole home, you get people who know what they are doing and understand real homes.

ABOUT US
A standard, not a price point.
Founded by Reza Maghdouri, Boss Building Group has grown from a single vision into a connected network of companies serving the design, renovation, construction and development needs of the Charlotte market.
At the center is Queen City Studio, our design showroom, where you can hold the materials, shape your ideas and bring every part of a project together. From there, the right specialists take over, whether that is cabinetry, tile, roofing, outdoor living or a full custom build.
